Directions

Warm Bath or Foot Bath: Add desired amount of bath salts to warm water and allow to dissolve. Now STRIP & TAKE A DIP!

Facial Steam: Bring water to a boil, carefully pour into a heat-safe bowl, and allow it to cool slightly. Add a small amount of bath salts. Keep your face at a comfortable distance from the steam and breathe normally. Never place your face close to boiling water, and discontinue if the steam feels too hot or irritating.

Epsom salt, powdered milk, baking soda, ground oatmeal, sea salt, food-based colorant, eucalyptus essential oil, tea tree essential oil, peppermint essential oil.

Common sense caution: As with any new product, we suggest doing a small skin patch test. Some ingredients such as essential oils may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals. If steaming your face, please do not steam for longer than 10 minutes, especially if you have acne, open wounds and other skin issues. Steaming causes the face to swell, and it can exacerbate acne if done for too much time. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from children, unless approved by doctor.
